Entry Restrictions:

10th and 9th gups ie white belts and yellow stripes are unable to enter any event at regionals
- Yellow belts through to black stripes can enter both patterns and sparring
- Power and speciality technique competition is limited to black belts only
- Pre-arranged is open to 1 team from each club - no restriction on rank,gender or age
